Salon Policies

1) Lashes Extension After Care And Advice:

- No water on your lashes for 12 hours after getting done

- No steam, swimming or washing your lashes after 48 hours

- Take Special care when cleansing your face, no scrubbing, around the eyes.

- Oil free product only and avoid using mascara all cost please

- Schedule for refill every 2 - 3 weeks to maintain and keep your lashes look fresh

2) Lashes Extension Fix: 

With Special Care and Focus while doing your Lashes Extension but things will still happen, therefore we offer to fix up and set of extension within First Week getting them done, after 1 week we will have to charge to fix depend on time that will consume.

3) Your Booking Could Only Be Confirmed With A Valid Debit / Credit Card.

4) Punctuality:

Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.

5) No Show:

customer will be asked to pay 100% treatment for any up-coming appointments.

6) Deposit Policy:

- All new customers will be required to pay a deposit 50%

- All customers with a history of no-shows will requires deposit 100% treatment

- Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. Please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment

7) Appointment No Show /Late Cancellation & Late Reschedule Policy: 

No Show Fee: 100% fee will be charged in case of no-show.

Cancellation Fee: 50% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation within 12 hours

Reschedule Fee: 20% fee will be charged in case of late reschedule within 12 hours

8) Non Confirmed: 

appointments will be cancelled without notice.

9) Refunds:

Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let our front desk or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We're here to help!
